Not knowing anything about the technical changes of such a thing, I would definitely be interested in an iPad version of Gal Civ. In the meanwhile, my favorite iPad game is one that I used to play on a Mac years ago... Spaceward Ho! Not as in depth as MOO or GC2, but it's challenging and fun.
