I was referring to the common American definition of "terrorist", not what I personally think a "terrorist" is (hence the quotation marks). I personally don't think the term "terrorist" should even be used in serious discussion, being far too subjective and general.
The definition is really quite simple. A terrorist is someone who uses acts of terror to achieve their goals. It really is that simple. By every definition, the

Of course it's a non-issue, when those that are having issues can't be measured - because they're having issues!
As for LAN, I don't want to get into semantics here. I'm providing instructions on how people would play on their LAN. I think our policy is pretty flexible here. It's been many years since I've been on a LAN that didn't have a net connection. The game is a client/server game. The servers are on the Internet. Alpha Centauri and Planescape: Torment are likely the two games that influenced me the most during my formative years.
BioShock just went from "This is all a bit implausible, but fair enough" to "Holy shit this is nonsense" . Having player Bioshock and Bioshock 2, I can't say that I'm getting my hopes up. They were mediocre at best.
BioShock is far from a "landmark" game. It just got so much attention because it tried being a story-driven modern FPS instead of a plain shooter - and it did that mostly by just having you look around
Oh bo-ho. Come back when I finally get German WW2 campaigns.
I'm not a fan of poll-like one-like replies, but I must say; I agree.
NTJedi, the system to share mods aren't in place yet. Last I heard, we can only share maps. Of course, it is still technically possible to share the creations manually, but without the game having gone live yet, there's actually little point.
Now that we have the release around the corner, I thought I'd just bump this little gem up to the top. Surely someone has something interesting to contribute with? :p

Unfortunately, I never got into Lords of Magic or Phantasmagoria.

How do you keep a powerful and potent strategic device like this from being overly and readily available, eventually leading to one (or more) finanically favoured player(s) plopping down one of these bad boys in each and every city, or all around their territory for that matter? Well, you could limit how many you are allow

Man, that is awesome . I need one of those.
NTJedi, that is one mean old necropost, right there. That said, I still want portals. But I know that supposedly, the AI have a really hard time dealing with the usage of portals. Heroes 3 and AoW:SM isn't as "free form" as Elemental, so I suppose it'd be mitigated some by that.

I'm having this exact issue, aswell. It's unfortunately not resolved for me and others. At first I thought it was my own problem, since I was fiddling around with .png formats when I first got the error message, but then I saw that someone in the Elemental Avatar thread got the same error message. So I tried to change my avatar into one completely regular one, which worked just the other day, and bam, still Error code -200.
That's odd. I was getting the same error earlier today, but I thought it was because I was fiddling around with animated .png:s. All the avatars in this thread should work just fine. I'm going to see if I can change my avatar, which worked fine just the other day. Edit: Tried t
