Has this been fixed in 1.12?

Did I say hate? I meant despies, loath.

Whenever I get done moving a ship the interface seems to always autofocus on the next available ship with moves. I HATE that and I can't seem to find the option to turn it off. There's been too many times where I'm moving a number of battle fleets to a specific quadrant and after each one autofocus takes me to a construction scow on the other side of the sector. So my first question is, is there such an option and I'm just not lookin in the right place? If not what do I have to do
