Any Kzin playing GC3?

Anyone from the ToE playing GC3?

I'm still playing anno 2070...i want to get back to bf3 and actually go and buy bf4, but i havent got my resource chain/city building fix just yet!!

hahahaha yeah. now you will find every turn auto save is good for reloaded when you get a jagged knife you didnt want! lol

I have always had the autosave to each turn once we started to get OOM errors when trying to move thousands of ships to under the starbases each turn. Autosave every turn was also helpful for when you got the econ event and it finished. Just reload last save and 9 times out 10 it didnt end when hitting turn. I do really need to get playing some GC2 again though... :)

Hi snark! I recall there being a program you had to run, smart ex?? i think it was called. But i think it had to running whilst you played and it captured the crash. Alternatively if you haven't started another game since the crash i think you could post up the debug.er file to the forums and try and Kryo to have a look at it. I don't recall if you could submit debug files to support or not..... It's just been too damn long.... ;)

Hey Silver! Are you referring to the tech mod that stefan did? It was on the i-mod server iirc. I have that one and it fixed the trees for TA...not sure i have actually used it though, since i either play TA modded with my own Saga of the seven suns mod, or as the terrans...

I see some thought has gone into your ship designs! :p Thats one thing that derails my TotA games, i get too into designing ships and waste precious game hours in the shipyard rather than playing out the game! How's work mate? No rest for the wicked i assume!

Yeah its a nice game man...very nice to look at too, the graphics are great. Not sure about the demigod servers, ill check it out. gotta love torian domination!!! Interesting to see suicidal games be played out with none of our old tactics...i did a few, they are far from easy...

For such a small playing crew we really threw a spanner in the works of that server, even to the point of being drafted into the biggest empire!

I've still hardly explored the unique tech trees, since mush of my gaming was on DA and i used TA for mods, hence my own custom tech trees. I'm really into Anno 2070 again atm, but i am keen on playing dom TA with either the Torians or the Yor, my two favorite races.

Ohh Demigod....wish that community didn't die..loved that game! I'll have to re-install that too!!!

Im going to have play a few game i think....;) Just finished watching Jimmie Johnson take title #6, so might just celebrate that for a while and think about starting a game...

It pushes back at you but not so much that you need to resort to any of our old score tactics to be competitive. You're able to play at a modest pace and can play most any style

Yeah i looked for a place to start a tyranny thread, but the choices are limited. I'm sure if we start one and a suitable sub-forum is created Kryo would only be to happy to move it for us. I might see if i get the time over the weekend to create a new banner for us.

Hiya Mumble!! Hey there SS!!!! Yeah co-op would be the way to go initially i would think to Motti. Team play would be awesome, though getting 9 or 10 players all in one game with differing time zones might make for one slow game, but it would be cool!! I actually think the addition of MP to GC3 might stem the tide of score mongering. MP would be our focus (i'm assuming) so just winning, as opposed to winning with best score would be the goal. Interesting to see

Hello my old partner in crime! Time for Tyranny 2.0 GC3 style i reckon!! I have WIN8 on my pc and i couldn't be happier. I use SD's Start8 so as such i never ever see the metro screen. I have full win7 functionality but with the under hood goodness that win8 brings to the party. Now...GC3, that trailer...oh myyy!
