I've tried it now it's damn powerfull, the toxics sould decrease planet quality and change it in a toxic world as it's writen in the description.

Don't you think if I lower tax is because I've an already good economy to allow a lot of spies and I just want more happyness ?
I've noticed that the money you can spend in spy is depending on taxation sould'nt be dependent of expenses instead ? Big empire with lot of happiness because of the taxes reduction with a good economy would'nt be able to have good spying what looks illogical. I used my old economic strategy of removing all taxation for the first turns witout diminutions of expense to make pop grow faster, I noticed that they don't I guess it is because of the new super ability "super breader" I am righ
30min - 2h Tiny depends on how fast I'm able too rush the AI 2h-3h small 4h-5h medium 6h-10h large Duno for giantic beacause I never have the patience to finish them. Playing mostly on Tough or Painfull with common settings except reasearch wich is very low.
Yes, if they don't stay on the same systems as they did in GalCiv 1. It has sometimes realy runied my games from the start. It'll be nice if they appear not only with anomaly but randomly in the game near unhabited planets.

I don't think you lose much, but Galciv I is a different game and if you want to follow the story you'll had to get into galciv's addon Altarian prophecy. But the background of AP is less intresting than Galciv II.
I've realsed the first version of my mini political party mod which add three new parties wich tryes to be balanced : - Ecologist :+10 planet quality and +5 pop. growt - Theocrats :+10 morale and +20 loyalty - Totalitarians : +10 loyalty and +20 military production My next project is to make all the political parties to have more bonues and penalites at start, for exemple war party will have -10 diplomacy. For each race I've at least one name for each ship, they tends to be in the spirit of the race for exemple I often give the terran ships same name is there's in the navy (frigate, destroyer...) for Altarian I give knightly names (Templar, paladin, squire...) for dregin monsters names (Hydra, Behemot, Leviatan...) for Thalan insect names ect... Each name is reported to a concept in my strategy and when I whant to make an other ship design with the same concept I often add MK(2,3,4...).

A vassal state sould provide military assistance, research help (I've heard that research colaboration treaty will probably integrated in DA but I'm not sure tought) and also pay a tribute. Anyway that'll be a very cool feature playing as a vassal trying to escape of greater empire or just saving time in your conquest victory.
Galciv II has a faster gamplay than the Civs even when you have a big empire you don't take so much time to build units or so, things go fast and the AI is very good too so if you aren't a hardcore gamer you'll always have a nice challenge. The second fact that makes this game realy cool is the customization of your race and ships if you enjoy this aspect like I do you'll like to spend sometimes about 10-30 minutes to design the newest ship of your armada. Actualy I just changed the first phrases (what a civ says when it discover an other). When I used my data mod folder it does nothing. So I decided to use the orginal data\english directory and it finaly worked. So I guess there's a problem with the mod directory.
Well it isn't so difficult, just very time consuming, but I've time. Anyway I don't like the human empire that remplace the drengins in my mod saying "your flesh looks delicious"
I was just trying to edit some dialogs in the GC2_Conversations.xml and placed it in my mod Data folder but it dosen't seems to work. Sould I put it elsewere or it dosen't work at all ?
Just to report that playing the Korx in metaverse is considered as cheating, I expect that this is thier 12 skills... thier bonuses are quite ridiculous compared to the Yors who arent considered as "cheaters". So pleaaaaase fix it. It was so frustrating play honest 5 hours with nice score to be considered as cheater -_-
