ah great thanks people.Doh! dont believe i was constantly upgrading the freights with faster engines.At least less hassle anyway.

Im confused about trade route profits - will equipping a freight with faster engines give a larger return on the route profits? I ask because manual says the further away the more profit - but a slower engine with remain further away for longer? And do longer routes equate to more profit? if i have a central trade hub planet will adding economic buildings to it increase the revenue from trade or does they just affect tax?
