You are nuts
Yes, maybe you should try it again and tell us if this happens again. Maybe the AI decided to give you a break? Or maybe you chose cakewalk instead of masochistic, by mistake.
fsk+, the forum code doesn't like underscores in the links, so that's why the link is not working
Maybe the AI saw the juicy starsystems and decided to go after them, but were out of its range, so according to Frogboy, since the AI designs new ships only once a year, the new colony ships will only come out on 2226, and not before that. Just my suggestion...
Lol, 2 discoveries per turn, the bane of my existence Marcathonas
Galactic Encyclopeadia all the way and then make the dicovery screen pop-up more discrete, something like civ4. In my opinion it kind of disrupts gameplay especially if you have discoveries every 4 turns . Thanks Frogboy and team
After trying the Doomray workaround that was suggested, I think that if you just delete the file, no new one is generated, but another one is used for the thumbnail.
So.. was it fixed in tthe 1.1 patch, or could we have done this from the begining? How come this works? The only thing I can think of is that there is another Doomray icon elsewhere and the thumbnail is generated from this, and the original version somehow contained an icon that was blank?
Hmm, that's weird. Yarlen said that my assumption was correct. Maybe you purchased something else from TGN, or Stardock online? ObjectDesktop? Wincustomise? etc?
I think he means 'thousands turns' metaphorically, and researching the whole branch. And the Doom Ray Icon missing is a known issues, hopefully to be fixed in the next patch(es).
Yes, no multiplayer gaming... yet See later expansions packs, patches or sequels (not out yet byt the way)
That's good to know
It doesn't have to do with the game's serial number, I suspect that it only has to do if you have a subscription to TotalGamingNetwork (TGN). So, if Moosetek bought the game online and downloaded it he should have a TGN serial number. I am just speculating here and could be horribly wrong So don't quote me <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Tongue.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmi
Another tactic is to research the Xeno Ethics yourself and then sell it off to them, they will always buy it. But I am sure that some of them do research it.
Oooo, don't get me started on 2+2=4 if it's universal There are many philosophers who tried to disprove it and that it comes as a product of society, but that's a complicated matter, and this is not the place to discuss it.
Yes, Stardock said it was capped at 15 for performance reasons, and reducing cheese So just use sensors to get the range up to 15 only. Or get the Eyes of the Universe and all ships have 15 sensor.
For some reason, when a race gets defeated, they don't seem to actually be 'out' of the game persay. I always still see defeated races' influence points listed in the UP piechart, and if I have race selected from foreign relations, they are still selected even after they are defeated. Granted, you can't talk to them while they are selected that way, but the fact that they
lol
No, exactly the opposite! If they stole the game then they wouldn't be counted in the sales. This goes to show that people actually buy the game BaninLance.
Excellent idea! How about when a player wins by military victory, if he had traded major weapon techs it's mentioned as well? Or if he got Cultural Domination from a AI player and then takes them over using culture, it adds to the flavour.
An excellent game deserves an excellent position in the top sales charts cause it's just so good I just can't believe that 'The Sims 2: Family Fun Stuff ' tops the list. EA just keeps making cash cows...
Yes, it was Wilson or something close to that. Ok, probably it was using the homeworld's name. Hehe, it was a nice coincidence.
But Iconia stayed under my control...
