Lol, devious!
Achronous
Em, let me not start about music in GalcivII.. But probably it's legal, since you did pay for your copy of the game (didn't you!), so... But I'm not a legal expert so a Stardockian would be more qualified to answer.
Quoting from CodeCritter: " Please post your debug.err file at this thread: https://forums.galciv2.com/?forumid=421&aid=152947#1213554 Thanks. Also, in case you haven't tried: 1. Mm, I was thinking the same thing. They look too similar to the original... Maybe they kept them close to it so original players would have a sense of familiarity... Maybe it's just not completely done yet. Blizzard said that the game is "going to be ready when it's ready", but the Inquirer says that's it's gonna be out on October..
"Will StarCraft II take advantage of DirectX 10? What other graphical goodies are included? The game will be compatible with DirectX 10, and we're still considering whether there will be exclusive DirectX 10 graphic effects, but the graphics engine will also be very scalable to ensure that a wide range of different systems will be capable of running StarCraft II. The new engine is also capable of rendering very large units, as well as large numbers of units on screen together. Havok
What?! No, Warhammer is excellent! Can't you keep them and get that one too? If you sell them you are not gonna get so much money out of them, anyway...
Oh well, stepping down for another galactic leader is another option He can take care of peaceful times.
Hmmm... I am tempted to make some assumptions So playing GCII puts you on a higher payroll, in general... It must be all those research and economics resources that we keep mining... Of course, of course
Yes, I agree with you that legumes are probably going to be cheaper. All primary productivity is going to be bigger than some cows chewing on it and getting their meat and probably lab grown meat (at least for now). But it needs a concerted effort of the developed countries to help people. There are heaps of food stored in huge silos to artificially keep the prices high, instead of giving it to those who need it. Now, I don't pretend to understand all the economics behind it but I
What you need to think though is how it could ease human suffering in countries where protein is very costly and hard to find. A lot of malnutritioned children eat only cassava which is high in carbs but very low in protein. If this process manages to produce safe to eat meat and is cheap to produce those children might not have to die..
If it were the real universe (bear with me!) I would prefer it to be boring... There's a Chinese curse which says "May you live in interesting times..." as anyone who read some Terry Pratchett would know
That makes me drool... The possibilities.... But I guess it would be out of scope for this game?
Looks like a chance for a united galaxy to wipe out the "peacekeepers" so they can get on with killing themselves... I.e. political victory? Alliances abound? You might not like Drengin smell, but you'll only have to bear with it until next game
"Please sit down. Let me wrap this up it is really important." If the guy in my chair right now only knew." "Hmmm... This chair is not at all comfortable. Let me check Galciv2 forums on my PDA till this nice person finishes with his important job. Poor chap, he seems to working so hard!"
Oops serves me right for not reading well enough...
Oh dear... I want as well! Test test! Seems to be working for now
How about updating the DL hulls to look as "shiny" as the DA hulls. Not too talk about the jewellery! (too much work?) Thanks
I know the game is locked in on one resolution option What do you mean? There are plenty of resolutions to choose from, I'm sure you mean something else I'm not thinking right now?
Yeah you can see it if you really look, but it's so small making it unusable. Like many lines and dots in the minimap now. But thank God for Cari that's looking into it
Well, I loved it... The opening music still gives me goosebumps and I prefer it over Civ3. I find that I can't go back to Civ3 after Civ4. I can't say about Civ2 since I didn't play it... I still remember the good old days of CivI though... Nice times..
I might as well put give a bug I found here. The blue rectangle on the minimap showing the area you are found in is quite thin and almost invisible. This follows the trend already described with the star and planet icons. Also in the minimaps in the Ship Governorn wierd white lines show up crossing the whole map. I didn't take screeshot, I might do that later. Thank you for this update, it runs much faster with less stuttering. I also had a crash, but I was do
Em, anybody agree or disagree?
Oh, and I forgot to mention the new races. The Krynn are neat, but my custom race can still kick their behind! Hehe, cheap bump!
Hello all, Well, it has been almost a year since I last posted here, but I have been watching the posts and the news. I got DA as well since February and love it. The only, well it's not really, problem I have is that the old hulls from DL, look out of focus and low definition compared to the new DA hulls. Come to think of it so do the old components, but that's a different story. It would be at the least awesome if they were updated to be more.. shiny <img src="http:
