I see its kind of vague depending on how you look at it. I read it to mean they steal a tech every turn and it probably means they add to the tech research base numbers. But i havent seen multiple agents in the interface except when i get a secone agent and that is like it has always been. thanks
Ok must be an error then the building description. It says that it allows you to train a handful of master spies that ar designated by a double spy icon on the ui and that they will steal a tech with every turn. thanks
I am playing a game as the Krynn. I have a temple on one of my planets and it says something about master spies but i have not seen any master spies or a tab to make any. how does this work or is it not working? thanks

Sometimes on my civ manager screen the little planet icon turns from a appearance of a planet to a little square box. Is this indicating something I need to be aware of? thanks

Hello, ok if I have tech tradine enabled and I get the movie that the Minor Race just stole the tech of another race and want to trade for a system, how do I initiate the trade? I tried talking to them but they didnt seem interested in trading tech for a planet or 2 in the same system Thanks
Hello I purchased Gal Civ2 shortly after it was released.I purchased it via download. I installed it on 3 of my computers without any issues. I have performed updates no problems. Yesturday i saw patch 1.11 was out so I uppdated through Stardock Central no issues on my computer in my wifes store. I got home last night and tried to update the home computer and it wouldnt download through SD Central. I got and error of invalid authorization. Tried it 3 times, same issue. Ok I did the digital download purchase through Stardock Central. all is working good, but with the way the download worked I dont see how to backup the game on a cd for if I have a problem with my computer sometime? So any ideas? thanks
