Have had this occur multiple times....both with and without xeno ethics for the AI. Multiple starports, 2 orbital defenses(many, many worlds)..... no terraforming/enhancement,habvitat used and no xeno ethics, yet unusable squares are improved. The orbital defenses being built multiple times appeared first in the 3rd beta for me. The tile improvement and multiple starports bugs appeared with this newest beta. My last game (large/com/com/com/ normal tech rate/ 9 opponents/ 3rd difficulty above normal) the AI playing the Iconian refuge, had a class 21 planet. Received the random event where the planet quality doubles( have had this happen about every third game I play) So their 21PQ became a 42.Yes Im sure....a 42. Based on this, a PQ of 26 *could* become a 60. 26+2(soil enhance) +1 habitat imp +1 terra forming x 2( doubler bonus) . Obviously t
That and a turn is 1 week, not one year... so really there's 12 turns in a year...... Um unless im mistaken, most years, if not all of em , have 52 week
