I'd like the option to disable it as well, its annoying

I would second the option for a separate shipbuilder When Im in the zone of playing, I dont have time for building nice ships, but I would like to have the option to do that at a later more convenient time and use those designs in my next campaigns/conquests

Hi, im not sure if this has been mentioned before (no idea where the search button is on this forum), but I would greatly help that when selecting a constructor unit it shows the range of the starbase you are about to build. This would help to deploy it more efficiently without counting the grid on screen.
