I found that serial number sent via email is not the origanal serial number @ purchase - ?? does this mean i have two ?? STILL NOT WORKING

OK - Found debug - DEBUG MESSAGE Could not find a TGN Serial No. went to stardock and had serial number Sent to email - reloaded with serial number - got a no serial number recog msg - game does not run - got same debug error msg NOW WHAT?????

i need help to find debug file ??

game crashes at loading - set up works fine - need instrction
