Could you post the debug.err file here from your GC2 directory?

If you have SDC load in Smart Exception as well as that gives out loads of info on the cause of the crash

OK - Found debug - DEBUG MESSAGE Could not find a TGN Serial No. went to stardock and had serial number Sent to email - reloaded with serial number - got a no serial number recog msg - game does not run - got same
debug error msg NOW WHAT?????

I found that serial number sent via email is not the origanal serial number @ purchase - ?? does this mean i have
two ?? STILL NOT WORKING
