Chiming in on an earlier reply to this. For us non technical guy's 1) How do we tell if it's heat related? 2) How do we fix it? Or is a patch needed for this?

Just a note to add I am still able to download all the other games and files. When clicking on them the install button or demo button pops up. Never for the Gal civ 2 folders though

I have been downloading the different folders for this via the stardock option screen. Earlier this evening after resetting my comp to start my download again ( dialup ) I seem to have lost the ability to download the folders. I click on the games button on the left, I select update later for Gal civ 1, I than click on the gal civ 2 icon, I click the + button to open it up for the folders, and now when I click on one of the folders I do not

Quick question on downloading. I purchased this game online instead of getting it from the store. My thinking was I will go to a friend's house, download all the files and burn it to a disc and take it back to my house since I only have dialup as cable is not avilable in my area.
