Not sure if this belongs here, but after choosing to focus on Neutrality and reaserching the Neutrality Learning Centers, I see no effect. No new structure, project, or bonus is indicated, and there is no visible impact on my research rate. Reproduce it by focusing on neutrality after the Ethical choice, and researching the tech.
I am suffering from a graphic error. When the game is running, the visuals are distorted immensely. The ship polygons are stretched and convoluted, sometimes huge parts of the screen are covered in bank color fields that dissapear when the zoom is changed, but reappear again later. The text is blurred and distorted as well, with breif flashes of readability before becoming illegible again. The odd thing is, some of the text appears fine consistantly, while other peices are impossible to read.<br
