I'd like to see a game option setting for no events at all. Even some events that are not Mega-events are disruptive enough to mess up the game for me (like, losing 1 of my four planets to a criminal syndicate or cult or something). People who like them can leave them on, people who don't can turn them off... I really like Loupdinour's suggestion, pasted below! 5. It would be neat if with high enough espionage another race could see through the deception, but that would be a pretty subtle feature
Save game bug - tried to save a game named something like "Ready for war?" and clicked save, no complaints, no warnings. But game did NOT save. Quit the game thinking I'd saved, some back later and there go a bunch of weeks, conquests etc because the game was NOT in the list. I found the save game folder, it just isn't there. I can understand if the save game name is the file name, but don't fail silently, please warn us that the game was
