Hi everyone, I am a total newbie, or at least 99 percent, I've heard of Gal Civ but never played it. I first saw this latest game when it was in alpha stages... then a year later now its ready, I'm glad I was busy during that year. I've read every dev blog posted by the developer about it, and these in depth dev blogs coupled with numerous illustrating screenshots throughout have convinced me to buy this game. I think of it as Rome Total War in space,
