What is the scenario type "Dread Lord Dominion" do? It seems to turn on the Ascension win condition by default. But what else?

I have a Nvidia 7900 SLI system with a Dual Core AMD. The following spin out of control all the time. 3D Planet in top right of planet display Shipbuilder 3d area. Campaign Map I can make the Shipbuilding screen stop spinning by pressing some of the buttons. However, the minute I move toward the edge it starts spinning again.
