What is the scenario type "Dread Lord Dominion" do?

It seems to turn on the Ascension win condition by default. But what else?

As leader of the humans, you must build a coalition against the evil Dread Lords before they consume the galaxy. No one is allied at the start start, but everyone is at war with the Dread Lords. You can work together or die alone.

Since DA, selecting a scenario with a title that differs from its filename has brought up a blank description. However, if you click the details button and select the scenario's filename from that window's drop down menu, the info does show up. This scenario's filename is Dread Lords on parade.

This is an original Gal Civ II scenario, so if you select it via the above method Ascension is turned off by default.
