Well, you can't install TA unless you have DA installed. So if you want the benefits of TA, you have to purchase both.

It's not Fallout. It might be a great game (although I'm betting it's, at best, a good game), but it can't be Fallout. And that makes me sad.
Wow. That much gaming sounds dreadfully repetitive. I can't last more than about an hour at any given game (regardless of how great that game is, because there are some real awesome ones on my PC) before it's time to turn the damn thing off (or turn on the tunes, as per usual) and pick up a book, or get the hell out of the house. I know it's a case of different strokes for different folks, but I guess I'm far too casual a gamer to deal with star
I guess WC is the Stardock analog to Washington, DC and we're just a weird little county in a small state somewhere?
Well, WinCustomize is the highest-trafficked site Stardock has, as well as the one with a plethora of artists who could create new smiley sets, so yeah, you are just a weird little county. :P
As far as Team Fortress 2 goes, they're allowing those who don't have it to download and play for free. Will it last past the '15.5 hours remaining'? I have no idea, and I'm afraid I'm too lazy to download and find out. As far as that other one, I have no idea what you're talking about, junior. Let's work on your explications and maybe we'll see.
Things.
I can't completely hate them until BSG is over, this coming season. Then they can suck a chode.
can you please read the thread before posting
I didn't want him to read the thread first, so he didn't. You see, I thought it would be more fun to reiterate things ad nauseum. There is no you . . . there is only me.
? no thats just crazy
Is it really crazy, or did my mind (the only truly existing thing in the universe) want dissent from the idea, thus creating you to make that comment?
Solipsist theory - none of your losers exist anyway, you're all just constructs of my mind. My consciousness is the ONLY thing that exists in the entire universe. I just made you idiots up to hurt myself. And it worked. Yes it did!
Open a ticket with . They're out of the office for the weekend, but they'll get you sorted out when they get back into the office.
Riddler needs help,
Actually, a Chris Nolan version of the Riddler could be plenty of villain for the Bats to take on. Think of the Riddler meets the twisted mind of Jigsaw from the first Saw movie - enigmatic deathtraps from a crazed serial killer. But I don't know who they'll have be the baddie. It'll be fun to find out.
I can top it. This one time I'm playing and I get this planet, it's like PQ 42. It has a Precursor Mine, Precursor Library, Precursor Bath Houses, and Precursor Beetfarm. I maxed out the population to 76 billion and they all wanted to lick my boots they loved me so much. It had fourteen moons and two different sets of rings. And if you believe that, I've got a bridge to sell you.
I SAID LIGHTWEIGHT NINJA! In fact, I'm going to go play some LN right now . . . ;)
From what I'm reading on the sites (this one included) ... I should probably go ahead and get the expansions. Seems to be a lot of new & fun additions.
Keep in mind with the Game of the Year, you already own the first expansion, Dark Avatar. So all you need now is the Twilight of the Arnor expansion. It's great. :D
Is there is a way to tell what version/release of the game I am currently playing?
When you start up either Dread Lords or Dark Avatar (you have both the base game and the first expansion in the Gold edition), look down in the corner. It'll tell you what version you're running. I've got mine all updated, and my version numbers are: Dread Lords: 1.5 Dark Avatar: 1.80g Enjoy the game, and if you have any other questions, come on back a
Is that supposed to happen? Attacking without warning? I don't think I've ever seen that before.
You, sir, just got hoodwinked. Don't tell me you haven't done the same - been all chummy-chummy with a race, gotten 'friendly' or 'close' and then, once you were sidled up alongside, you gave them a smile while you kicked them in the balls. The AI just tried to do the same to you. ;)
After a while yes, but it would make the switch that little bit easier.
Because clicking on a web link is such an arduous task.
Because that would be redundant.
Pardon my provincialism, but are you implying that household digital clocks outside the US use what I was brought up to think of as "military time?" If that's so, I hope I can find a good import option when my alarm clock dies.
Yes. It's much easier to keep straight. It was one of my biggest surprises when I moved to Europe.
If you want to get the whole storyline behind the games, play through the campaigns, starting with the original and then moving on to Dark Avatar. If you couldn't care less or if you just want to play Civ-style sandbox gaming, you can play either one. Dread Lords is easier, Dark Avatar is a bit more involved and has some changes to it that make me prefer it (such as super abilities, new races, better ship designer). I've always intended to play the campaigns, but I'm not patie
does anyone know what the influence of the TS on the game mechanics is? I am speaking of military power, relation to other races etc. Logic would tell having such a weapon of mass destruction should be very frightening to the other civs either weakening your relations or strengthen them - depending on the diplomatic situation.
The one game I actually built and used one, suddenly the entire galaxy either declared war on me or went hostile - and it's not like I was attackin
I want to inform all reading this thread that I have now received an e-mail from technical support, so all should be well and work out fine. Thanks.
Glad to hear it. :CONGRAT:
Martian Chronicles? ;)
