That is a good idea maybe the it can be worked into the game... i have some ideas on planetary bombardment there can be 2 choices for it to be implaneted 1)A Starship With bombardment bays installed (i belive that more powerfull bays require larger ships... to prevent unbalcenement) and bomb the planet auto or 2)Galciv1 style a invansion tactic which requires aprox. $400 BC to b
It could be that its a laptop and requires a more powerfull CPU that comes in larger PCs who knows probely when the retail version comes out or even a later Beta 2 bulid V.22?
From what is known its conected to The German Version of windows XP service pack 2 or somting so that could the problem maybe the best thing to do is to aviod messing up over and over by not trying it again until it is fixed...

Possibly For a leader to change parties Would be extremly diffuclut and force a mandtory election to deal with the new change and your influence as a leader sticks to your old party and so it makes it a bad choice somtimes however the influcence goes back to the party your in and you cannot change parties unless it is election day like it will give you a choice to change somting like that

Possibly if your regime is bad in terms of your war mongering and form of government and Aproval rating can all Stir up a revolution on your planets and make it much more diffucult to recruit soilders... however... dependin on the aproval ratin and all other government issues more ppl are willin to join so less draftees are required thereby less morale loss

I think it would be a good idea for Revolts to break out Rather than a Revolution Like in galciv1 which throws you out of power too easily however the same event Triggers some tiles to break out in revoultion. i was thinking that there should be a captiol terriotry for each planet Probley the Intial Colony Tile which is always loyal and fights rebelions agresivly and if it falls you loose control over the planet and if its the captiol planet...
