Probably a good idea to dump Microsoft VM, since they aren't supporting it anymore and there own site has a redirect up for it....but you may still have it running. After following Double Zero's link to "Java" and installing...restart then right click on your Internet Explorer...go to the "Advanced" tab...scroll down to the "Java" section...uncheck the Microsoft VM (I think there are 3 entries) and make sure the Sun Java is checked.
