WinCustomize Browser won't let me logon in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

I keep getting an error message saying that there was error logging into my acconut. I have reinstalled WinCustomize Browser, but it still gives the same error. I know my password and email are correct, as Stardock Central is working fine. Anybody know of a fix please!
