Why would anyone think the bills would move? It would take a ton of money, a lot of time, and a seriously messed up owner to get the bills to move out of buffalo. I've been playing the TA beta, and loving it, and I was wondering if all the planetary buildings would be re-done, like some of the new ones have been. Simply comparing the new and old trade center is like night and day. Everything about the new building portraits is polished, and with a planet full of them, they look great. However, when you start to mix and match, or with a fully upgraded planet, you notice that the original portraits look pretty awful compared to the new ones. So, my
O have the same problem as Vangkao, my terror stars simply state that they have 0/0 modules available to add. I.e., they're not letting me add those modules, to power up the terror star. I've got all the techs, I've had them for a while, but the terror stars just sit there, and won't recognize that they have possible addons.
how do you add components? I have the technology all researched, and done, but it keeps saying there are no new components to add? What am I missing?

I was playing a game not too long ago using the Arceans, in TA 2B Beta. Long story short, I did not see any engines to research. Everything from Ion Drive on was missing. As far as I know, all other techs showed up fine, but after I researched hyperdrive engines, I could not research anything more, and they did not show up, even as future techs. I could trade/ buy better engines off the AI, and I did this, but on my own tech tree, they were simply not there.
