Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

Yeah, I knew a Brazilian that claimed Brazil didn't see the need to legalize gun ownership because they are a peaceful people. My response was something along the lines of "people are people". Of course, her history professor said we used the atomic bomb on Japan as revenge for Pearl Harbor. *shrugs*

That's okay, I know gun control is baloney. You've already brought up Switzerland. Inversely, Colombia has very strict gun control laws, but proportionately beats out the United States in gun violence. Again, humans are what they are. Cultures and laws may make one thing more likely than another, but someone will always prove that anyone can do anything.

My neighbor has one of those, but he occasionally works in questionable areas. I would be lying if I said I never considered it, but outside of some crazy unlikely event, I don't see myself having a justification for one. It would make purchasing a firearm quicker, but that's about all a far as I could foresee.

Speaking of which, gotta qualify this weekend for CMP purchases. Usual safety testing and all. Planning to buy my best friend his own M1 Garand for his birthday.

I'm sorry for you Ryat ! I know this sucks ! Cars are expensive to fix !

My wife had an accident, nothing to important though, and it cost over 500$ to fix this ! This insurance won't cover it because they start covering 1500$ and over ! Grrrrr !

I dunno. My brother lived in Utah and it sounds like the least fun place to live in the U.S. So... good luck with that.

Meanwhile, Ryat, did someone hit it with a real gun or BB gun? If the latter, it sucks, but you can always hunt them down knowing they offer little resistance.

Either a glancing hit from a low power .22 or a high powered BB. It didn't punch through but there is the whole sunscreen tinting and defrost that is enhancing the stability of the window.
