I purchased DA on Feb 9, I used the offline activation to play the game on a non internet PC. I haven`t been able to activate the game on my online PC since. I have contacted [email protected] many times. All I get are canned email responses that do not solve anything. I reply to these emails clearly stating that the problem is still there, Only to receive the same canned response again. The new serial number I was just sent also is of no use. The reason I`m posting this is it seems to be the only way to get a real response from this company.

Sometimes the support emails do go into my junk folder. I do retrieve them from there. I will respond to the 72hr ticket. All I really want is some kind of update on the status of this. Is there a problem with the activation system that you know of? Do you think the problem could be at my end? The only thing I haven`t tried is a full reformat of my machine, Which I`m now seriously considering. Do you think that might solve it? I would rather not reformat, But I`m willing to try it. I`m also going to try to stop spreading this topic into other threads from now on, I can`t help it sometimes.

Not one that can be connected to the internet, There`s a problem with it`s ethernet connection. It`s the PC I used for the offline activation, The very place where this problem started.

The only thing I haven`t tried is a full reformat of my machine, Which I`m now seriously considering.


I just finished reformatting my machine. I still cannot activate DA. There`s nothing left I can do.

Thanks, this reply seems to have fixed it for me. I used a crazy way to update after having just bought a new computer. I had loaded my GC2 Collectors Edition already but when shopping for a Graphics card I bought Gold edition to get DA - instead of buying online as I had done before. It was looking like it was a BAAAAD choice as registration kept failing but this fixed it!
Again Thanks. - now I'm sending my GC2 disk to my sis to get her hooked as well.

Yes, sales would be the ones to ask to confirm if it was shipped.
