Uninstalling? Help.plz in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

New User here, bare with me..... I enjoy using themes, but my system resources are low at the moment. I tryed to uninstall the progs i d/l'd and i cant seem to get rid of window blinds and icon packager. Not to mention i got a bunch of windows hotfix files in add/remove. Question is, how do i get my original XP pro settings back without running the cd? Little lost here so any help would be apreciated
