How do I automatize keeping a planet happy with it's slider? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Ok, so there is the slider that I can move to the right to spend more on planet happiness to prevent defection. But I have to do this every turn! How can I automatize this in some way so it doesn't come back all the time? I have just began playing and this is driving me nuts! I can't understand it because the game is otherwise streamlined and doesn't have too much micromanagment. Thanks in advance.
