The bill's sponsor, Democratic Delegate Algie T. Just thought I'd let everyone know that my town has passed a law outlawing skatebaording, biking, and blading on city sidewalks, which happens to be oh by the way every freaking where! The police of this fine town are having a contest to see who can confiscate the most boards in a week, and anyone who is seen on one of these aforementioned items, can and will be arrested and/or detained
