Lots of little changes and a couple of big ones: - You used to be able to set an option to launch ships on build (should be global setting with local override), I could then NOT have to visit each planet with a ship built, and worse, not have to select each ship and launch separately (otherwise the launch is for the FIRST ship built, not the last). - Upgrade flag for terraform should be global so one place to shut it off, same with auto-upgrade, local setting should remain.<br/
