Hi, in another Thread I have been reading about someone trading Phasors V for the lower Phasors II. Does this even make sense? If I have got, lets say Phasors V from Tech Trade, why would I then try to become Phasors II from another CIV? What advantage will this give me? I receive a lower Tech than that I have already invented. Can I even research lower Techs when I have got the better one from trading already? Why would I want to do that? Please help me under
