It seems to happen about 2-3 minutes into the saved game, and I'm not doing anything in particular. About the only consistent thing is that it seems to occur just after a turn. Since that game is on a gigantic map, I'll be disappointed if I can't continue I've checked it with a couple of fresh games, and they seem just fine - so it looks as though something has gone screwy with the saved one only. I'm still having a problem that appeared in 1.1. When I upgrade a ship that I've already designed, I actually lose everything and have to start from scratch. It's as though 'upgrade' means the same as 'new'. Does anyone know if it's a bug or am I doing something wrong?
