Reply to Game crashes with no error message in GalCiv IV Support GalCiv4 Forums

I am having the same issue,except I was able to play with V.3.3 only because I was able to load a save game then quit to the main menu and then start a new game. After V 4 update I couldn't load the old save game so now I cant play at all. I deleted EVERY file connected to the game and had no mods and I cant play at all,not even the tutorial. And I Just got the DLC. PLEASE HELP
