Go to "Documents/My Games/{Twilight/DA/DL) and delete the RACECONFIGXML file for the custom race you wish to delete.

I just got the Dread Lords arrived mega-event for the first time, and it is crashing the game. As soon as I hit save or next turn, it crashes. I loaded my last save, forced mega-event via cheat, got the Dread Lords...and it crashed on next turn/save. Repeated several times.
