Has anyone seen a Precursor library or mine in the expansion? I haven't seen one yet, and I've started many games. Were they removed?

Hmm. I haven't seen the two best resources (Precursor library and mine) in any games yet. Out of interest, I started 300 games, and none of them had these resources on my starting planet. That seems rarer than before. Has anyone else seen them?

Is the pirates mega event really common, or am I just really unlucky? I've played four games, and three of them had this event in the early phases of the game. I'm tempted to turn things off at this point.
