With the exception of missiles and missile defences ALL of my weapons and armours have only 1 defence and 1 damage, although there is a size difference. This is a real pain; do I need to download the whole thing again or can I get hold of a correct XML file from somewhere?

Weapons technologies fail to update properly for me. Except missiles/anti missile all other weaps and defences only ever give 1 attack or defence, even after much research. How should I fix this? Version 1.2.35 .
