Is anyone else having problems uploading mods? I'm getting a can't find something something error or I don't have permission. I want to make a few event images and upload them for all but I guess I won't go doing that if they've turned off mod updates. Or maybe I should try at a more reasonable hour instead of 4 in the morning. Any info would be great, thanks.

Considering how long I played MOO2 and wanted minor upgrades I would go for continuous upgrades. One expansion a year seams reasonable. There are still a lot of ideas in the game that I want to see mature and expanded upon and graphically keep maturing as well. It encourages me to see a continuous development of ideas from a game company rather then a set release with no chance to improve.
