Just as an FYI, changing classic colors in SkinStudio is just as easy as doing it in Windows. Infact, they are practically one in the same...try edit a skin in SkinStudio, and then go to the Classic Colors section...it will be instantly recognizable. You don't have to fiddle with any advanced features of it...

Wow, whoever reviewed WB doesn't know what they're doing. Did you see the screenshots of DogmaX? How can they think that's how its supposed to look? Piss-poor reviewing, they should've inquired why it didn't look like the SS brewman made. For shame on ExtremeTech, they should know better! Ever thought about removing the anonymity of the ratings? If your rating is there to see, in plain sight...by anyone and everyone...wouldn't that stop the malicious raters? You're not going to steal a TV from a store, if you see cameras all around. Also, Frogboy mentioned only 1% of this site can rate skins...that's not a true average in my opinion. 5) All my screenshots deserves to be instant Daily shot. But they never made it and have poor rating. People rate them poor 'cause I'm not going to share them. They dislike me and take it on my work. I still think your screenshot should not have been removed, but you are taking the wrong approach here

I think it's your monitor, if anything. The 9200 series should support per-pixel fine, and from what you say in your post, it does...if the refresh rate on your monitor is higher. So I think a new monitor and you should be good to go. Also, as far as I know, a 17" monitor is designed for 1024x768 resolution as the "optimal" size.
