I have exactly the same problem on a laptop. Interestingly, however, only with one user. When I log in with another account, everything is fine. The problem has been occurring since the beta versions of 2.05.

Solved! It is the option "Show Universal applications in their own folder".

After upgrading to version 0.9 of Start11, countless icons appear in the "All programs" view of Start11 that were not previously configured in this view. Is there any way to remove programs/icons from the "All programs" view? I have not found an option in the settings. Right-clicking does not work either. I am using "Grid Modern Style".
