Dark Avatar hanging and crashing Vista in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Dark Avatar as started crashing after hanging. After the last crash, I cannot get past the first few screens to start a game. I have the latest update, a newish Vista computer with the latest video drivers and windows downloads. It's an Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 ghz machine with 2 gig of ram.
