Yes I can log in fine on my account page, but not Stardock support for some reason. Weird. Figured out a way to open a support ticket using my email address but without actually logging in at Stardock support so we'll see if they reply.

I own each piece as a separate purchase from Stardock. All my serial numbers are registered. Can't get v2.20 to show up as a download on my account page. When I go to the support link above and enter my email and pw it says it's not valid. Tried several times and I'm certain it's correct. Stuck. Please help.

Haven't played the game in years and I'm trying to reinstall it. I own the original plus Dark Avatar and Twilight. I "assumed" if I downloaded and installed the Twilight file from my account that I'd get the whole game and it would be up to date. However after installing the Twilight download it says I am running version 1.53 of Dread Lords. Do I have to first reinstall Dread Lords, then Dark Avatar, and then Twilight to get everything? Thanks. <

Found a bug in TA 2.0 with the Ascension countdown timer. In my current game the Iconians are on the clock and they had about 980 turns to go. Now about two turns later I noticed they are down to 490 turns to go!? Obviously the rest of the galaxy is quite upset about this time warp. Not sure if I have a save game or not. Will check. Edit - OK, I do have a save game that duplicates this bug. The turns to Ascension go from 983 to 490 af

OK, thanks. Unfortunately I am also getting the Metaverse bug after editing an existing custom race where it says the race is invalid. So I can't start a Metaverse game to see if patching in that order really worked or not. I posted that in the Bug Report forum but if anyone can recall what files need to be deleted to fix the problem please let me know. Tried deleting the xml file and remaking the race from scratch but it is still giving me the error so there must be m

Bug is still there that causes an error if you edit an existing custom race and then try to start a Metaverse game. Says the race is illegal and your game won't count. Can someone remind me what race file needs to be deleted to fix this? Tried Search but came up empty. Edit - Found the file. Edit - Deleted the custom race file and made a new race. Still getting the invalid race error when starting a new Metaverse game.&nbsp

Updated TA to 2.0 and went to play it. Now it says I need to update Dark Avatar too? Did I do them backwards which will cause problems or doesn't the order of update matter?

There were no System or Application errors for 7/10/2008 around 19:13:00. I restarted from the Autosave prior to the hang but did not duplicate the error.

I deleted my custom Metaverse races and remade one. Problem solved. Thanks.

I noticed the huge impact in my last game. Set my taxes to 0 and could still afford to buy everything in sight. The effect lasted what seemed like a year or more, right up to the end of the game. Had over 2M credits in the bank at the end. It needs to be shortened and/or toned way down IMHO.

Don't have a save game because I can't start my next Metaverse game. Just completed a game and wanted to start another. Made some minor changes to my custom race and saved it with the same name. Now every time I try to start a game it says the race is invalid and my Metaverse game will not count. I cleared the race and remade it but I still get the same error message. No idea why. I would like an option to skip the screen entirely. All many of us ever do is click Skip anyway.

I tried that but Alt-Tab did not work for some reason. Will try again. Upgraded my sound card drivers. My monitor is a Sharp HDTV so I don't think there is a driver other than the generic PnP driver. At least I couldn't find one with Google.

Must have restarted after the crash. You have to play in a resolution less than fullscreen to play in windowed mode and be able to minimize the game. Why Stardock did that I don't know. Every other game I play in windowed mode allows me to play at max resolution and still be able to minimize. Will look into the drivers. Thanks.
