I had a VERY similar problem with Cities: Skylines, and they said the problem was with having the program Citrix Workspace installed on the same computer. Can't explain why that would be a problem, but uninstalling that program fixed my boot issues with both Cities: Skylines and OTC, so I hope it works for other people.

Yes, my game still crashes. It also causes the Epic Game Store to crash. Do you think there could be a problem with downloading the game to a different SSD than the boot disk?
