I am also experiencing the same issue after installing KB5095093. Other issues are: thumbnails not displaying on taskbar on mouse hover, search button not working, notification bar not working, widgets not working. As noted in original post, all this issue go away if Start11 taskbar enhancements are turned off. Edit: I have now uninstalled KB5095093 and Start11 is functioning correctly again.

Reply to Fences 4 Feature Suggestion - Add a Delay for Expansion of Rolled-up Fences in Fences Stardock Forums

I came here to make exactly the same suggestion. I am currently using Fences 3, but would pay for the upgrade to version 4 if this feature was added. Although, since there has been no movement on this since January, I'm not holding out much hope of it happening.
