It's a big drawback that you cannot use the keyboard to scroll map. If cursor keys cannot be assigned to scrolling why not some other keys in the keyboard ? Why cannot I choose to use my cursor keys either to control ships or scroll map ? It's a question of shortcuts and I found it very annoying that I have no keyboard access to such a basic operation as map scrolling.
