The problem seems to have sorted itself out, I loaded the game today for the first time since Sunday and just by reloading the save it has sorted out the problem. Thanks for the reply.
I spoke to the Tywom about the trail, sent me to Beta Chaudhary found the Trandals ship as I was allied with the Overmind already went straight to them and spoke about the ship, went back to Tywom to complete trial quest but they just sent me on a quest to have a talk with the Overmind which I have done. Now I stuck in a loop where I have no options with the Overmind, no options with the Mukay. I'm unable to complete the quest and move the game along. I have attached screenshots
