Right, I was not planning on anything that complex. Far more of: Each trade rout I have with X civ generates 1/f spies worth of espionage with them. The side idea of tourism would be more along the lines of: Tourism above a certain threshold generates espionage with all known civs. (With maybe a small inclusion of a multiplier based on their race traits.)

Hello! I'm trying to create a mafia style Civ that specializes in information brokering. One of the key features is that they will generate a minor amount of passive espionage along trade routs. (And maybe a smaller amount through tourism.) The issue is I have no clue how to link two completely separate things such as trade routs and espionage.
I am messing around with map generation parameters and want to quickly generate and record a large number of maps for analytical purpose. Worst comes to worse, I can either manually generate maps or write an idle program to run the clicks for me, but the bigger issue is harvesting the data from the maps. I have found the map file, but they seem to be encoded in a manner that is not easily reversible. Ideally, I would like a straight dump of the map including planet layout, although at this po
