I guess the Tech Support guy did sort me out , please ignore my post, its working now.

OK, I think I'm in the same boat here... I couldn't seem to register (on the website) with either my hotmail address (thats my Stardock account one, I got a syntax error) or my yahoo address (I got a -699 error). So I contacted tech support, they say I'm fine, I dl stardock central and theres GalCiv I & II in Purchased Software... but it says it can't validate my registration for GalCiv II, and I'm getting the 'Invalid Registration' message when I try to play the game.
