All units have completed moves. I noticed in one attempt from the debug.err file which constructors were going to auto-construct on the next turn, and disabled their autopilot. Same result as original bug description. I'll remember this advice though when I try to isolate this bug in future.

Repeatable bug. Save file available. Debug.err file available. User-initiated crash after interminable delay. Have an odd bug. When research on Antimatter power plants concludes, the turn never returns control to me, and the GUI does not allow its usual interaction during turn processing. If I research a different tech to conclusion, the game continues as normal. If I return to Antimatter power plants, it repeats bug
