WinCustomize ForumsAfter I click the transperency Box do the parts automatically become transparent, or do i have to do anything else?

Im currently making a windows blinds skin, and at the moment am creating an item with a transparent part. So in my picture editing program i make the part purple, but it still shows up in the skin, how do i make it become transparent?
