1) Scroll with arrow keys. Move ships with keypad (7,8,9, etc). 2) "Launch all" option for ships on planet (or a "select all" option). 3) Option to auto launch ships when constructed. I especially would like to see #1. My wrist is killing me.

Please, please, please let me scroll the map with the arrow keys. What's the point of moving ships with them since they can't be used to move diagonally?
A tip for Siege: Just to crank out colony ships at the start and run them all over to the Drengin planet you want to take. In the meantime research Planetary Invasion. Once you have that upgrade all the colony ships to transports and invade. You may have to kill a Drengin ship or two but it's pretty easy if you do it fast enough.
Looks great! Put my vote in for a Reliant-type. Also have to join the call for a Battlestar model. Galactica (new) would be nice but Pegasus might be easier due to its less skeletal appearance.
